After each piece of work, they explain why they did what they did, when they guessed right, and when they did not. This tape is an excellent tool for use in skill development, for demonstration to clients, or as instruction for trainees.

Robert and Mary Goulding developed redecision therapy, a model that draws on transactional analysis, gestalt, and other modalities to create a unique and effective means of helping people make lasting changes in their lives. For many years, the Gouldings ran training programs at their Western Institute for Group and Family Therapy in Watsonville, California, as well as traveled worldwide teaching transactional analysis and redecision therapy. They are the authors of numerous articles and books, including The Power is in the Patient and Changing Lives through Redecision Therapy. They were also the recipients of the Eric Berne Memorial Scientific Award for their work on injunctions.
